I AM A SURVIVOR

Life has thrown many obstacles in my path. My dream of being a professional artist nearly died many times. I have battled back from violent sexual assault, physical and emotional abuse, Bipolar Disorder and PTSD.

I am now clean and sober over 20 years, worked hard to heal from all my disabilities, taken advantage of therapy and accepted professional help from my Higher Power and humans.

I did not give up on my dream, I did not give in when my others expressed doubt in my determination. Despite the naysayers and bumps in my road, I have come out victorious. I am now a professional Artist !

I did not start start showing my work till I was in my 40’s, but that just pushes me harder to succeed.

My message is to NEVER GIVE UP ON YOUR DREAMS. BELIEVE IN YOURSELF AND YOUR ABILITY, BE BRAVE -LET YOUR LIGHT SHINE.

Be your own cheerleader, work hard and fight for your place at the top. Don’t listen to negative voices, keep pushing on, because you CAN! YOU REALLY CAN BE SUCCESSFUL!!
